Tutorial: BtB Throw to BtB Catch

Here's how to throw your chuck from behind the back, and catch it from behind the back, all at waist level.

Not sure if this move is on this site, but thought I'd share, since one of my followers wanted to learn it!

I recommend using heavier chucks so you can center the spin more reliably. I don't think there's any danger in using wood chucks for learning this the first time, unless you're barefooted.

Apologies if the video isn't very loud or clear. All I've got to work with is a smartphone.

Try to look for variations! I'm not sure what, but off the top of my head maybe you can do this throw from the front to the front instead of behind to behind. Play with it!

If you have any questions, please let me know!
