Seems like you have a good sense of where the chuck goes when you throw.Your chuck movement is also very fluid and smooth but your posture is a bit stiff, relax a bit more if your wanting to flow for fun, or go for a deeper more formal posture to your stance if your going more towards traditional martial arts . Your on the right track either way, good job man!

Very solid handrolls, and great awareness of your chucks! It looks like you never forget some things, just like riding a bike. Give it at least 5min a day and you are gonna feel it soooo good (though it looks as if you already do). Welcome!
Hard to say, I have never tried dance classes but in my opinion- typically anything with visually aesthetic movement and timing can usually be helpful for developing your performance flow.
