Aw man! I waited weeks to get them in the mail and in under a week, the micro usb port used for charging and programming literally fell out of the stick!
The construction on the pair was good, otherwise.
I only did moderate play with them, in a grass field, so there should be no reason for mistreatment or user error.
Ignis is being friendly with the help so far, looks like I'll have to exchange and wait for weeks again…
But man, these things were the bomb while they were working!
UPDATE: They just sent out my new pair and tracking shows it, I was worried with this being an international order if things would go through well, but it has. Support has been very kind even while I checked back almost daily about the status of my replacement pair.
