I don't know if you've seen this, but this is a step in the right direction towards the future. With Virtual Reality, we can reach out to people that may not be able to find a training partner and still train or work with them. Just imagine training with a partner that is a thousand miles away from you. Lessons would also add a new dimension as the instructor could almost literally guide you through the motions. We could also defy the laws of gravity and create a virtual flow art that could only exist in this artifical space. We could create gravity like the moon. There are many possibilities!
I can also see a few hurdles. For this to become a mainstream thing, we would need VR prices to drop a bit more. A Vive with a powerful enough PC will currently set you back over a thousand dollars. The other hurdle would be space - as virtual reality requires a bit of open space. But as VR continues to spread its wings of influence over our society, you can bet that these things will both be accomodated more in the future.
While we are primarily a martial arts influenced flow arts group, I can see many possibilities with this type of technology. This is the first I've seen of this technology, but the future looks bright.

That’s awesome! I have an Oculus and would love this sort of thing!
While we are martial arts influenced, it would be a powerful tool for teaching the motions behind a move as well. What an awesome find!
